Last week Bol.com launched their new online magazine ‘Stijl’ at MBFWA in Amsterdam. I was invited to the event and also got to visit the SIS by Spijkers & Spijkers fashionshow!
The day started with rain and clouds, but once I stepped of the bus, the sun started shining! The magazine is all about fashion, beauty & lifestyle, trends and inspiration. It makes it really easy to find and choose the right products that you are looking for, wether it’s beauty, accessories, or jewelry.
Let me show you what my day was like!
Bol.com had a really nice VIP area set up at the Westergasfabriek, where you could get your nails done, or your hair. All while enjoying a nice glass of prosecco and some yummy snacks.
I’ve been busy with work (teaching vocal classes, meetings, and exams) all week, so I was happy to be able to attend the event, and finally relax. I met some bloggers and was really inspired by all of the cool looks at the event and at Amsterdam fashion week.
The magazine has different features and recurring columns, so you can find your daily dose of beauty inspiration, scoops, trends and shop them immediately. Make-up artist Xelly Cabau van Kasbergen, beauty director of bol.com Stijl Magazine takes you with her in her world of beauty. The first edition has of Stijl has an exclusive interview with singer Dua Lipa, (love her!) who shares some of her beauty secrets.

Since Xelly Cabau van Kasbergen was the head make up artist at the Spijkers & Spijkers show, we were also invited to the fashionshow. I remember looking up to them so much, when I was young and studied at fashion at ARTEZ in Arnhem.
And the seats we were giving were a-ma-zing, we got to sit front and second row, how cool is that!

Sella Molenaar drew this amazing portret of me at the Goldwell stand. Love how she captured my new pink/purple hair. I will show you the new hair color (don’t worry it’s temporary) and my outfit in my next blogpost so be sure to check back!
