Man repelling..this Kenzo x H&M dress is bright and pink and blue, and a little bit too much for most people. But does that stop me from buying it and wearing it? Nope! Haha, in fact this is my little birthday present to myself. I was happy to find this dress when I visited the H&M on the day of the Kenzo x H&M launch. I treated myself to this man repelling, bright coloured dress, that makes me look and feel like I’m still in my twenties. Forever young, right?
As the autumn are falling down and it’s starting to get really cold, it’s time to layer. A trend I’ve been loving: velvet. The quintessentially 90s trend has definitely made a comeback this year. This top is part of a velvet co-ord by Zara, but sadly the joggers were sold out. Velvet tracksuit…. is Juicy Couture also making a coming back?
I’ve been busy recovering from my fall (huh?! … Read all about it here), and I’m glad to say I’m feeling a whole lot better. It’s easy to get lost and basically just break down and give up, and I did have a little bit of a melt down, but…. I”M BACK BITCHES! ;)
With a brand new a fall/winter look, including a short OOTD video. Hope you like it!
Shine bright like a….
You either love it or hate it. The metallic trend. I’m a fan! I’m slowly transitioning my closet for fall/winter, and I love these metallics to brighten up an outfit. (or day…) Today’s look features a metallic top and my new metallic sock booties. Let’s take a look at all the glitter!
P.S I haven’t been blogging as much lately, because I was busy focussing on my recovery. Read all about that here.
Pink seems to be the only thing on my mind lately. The pastel pink color of this cropped biker jacket is what sold me. I love wearing this jacket, it can easily spice up every look!

Yay, the Zara sale has started! And so the endless browsing, and the making of loooong wishlists begins! This is my first one, probably will update this a few times.. Need sale shopping tips? Check this article for some tips and tricks, so you don’t end up with stuff you don’t need or won’t wear…
From left to right:
I cannot begin to explain how much love I have for this oversized bomber jacket. I bought it on sale last year, and I just love the color combo and beautiful print on the back. It’s actually also possible to reverse the coat, then you just have a simple bomber without the print. But hey, let’s face it, I don’t really do simple.. right? I’m keeping it casual today with the most comfy pants ever, highwaisted and wide legged. Curious?
Zara’s summer sale has begun, I’m sure you’ve noticed. It’s the same frustrating situation each year, trying to make yourself wait for the summer sale to get that bag or coat that you’ve been drooling over for weeks. The finally sale starts. You find the piece you love and it’s on sale. But the first round of sale is not aaaa-maaa-zing. (It’s great, don’t get me wrong.)
But every year I’m debating; get it while it’s still in stock and in my size, or waiting a few weeks and either get that piece of clothing or bag you want for a really great price. Sometimes it means it’s sold out by the time I finally allow myself to even go in the Zara to begin with. (Sometimes I need to protect myself from senseless sale shopping) Frustrating! At the same time, it makes sale shopping almost kind of a sport.
Last week I ‘allowed’ myself to have a little peek in to the first round of sale, and came home with these pastel pink sliders. I’ve had my eyes on them for weeks, made myself wait and saved myself a little money. Yay me! ;-) I actually haven’t seen any wishlist or summer musthaves in this collection, but maybe that’ll change.
Have you done any sale shopping?
